At the given NGR, derived from HER/Cadw records, no structure matching Cadw's scheduling description was seen. The location is the foot of the steep-sided stream cutting, close to a minor stremlet which drains into Nant Melyn. Nearby on the north and east are irregular scatters of stones and boulders but no artificial structure was noted there.
