A brick-built, flat roofed building with large opening doors to its northern side and a windows and a door on its eastern side. Local residents suggest that this building and the one to the east were used as workshops for the carpenter and plumber employed to assist with the construction and maintenance of MOS EE AA Ynyslas camp (see NPRN 506398).
