Lines of extractive pits and spoil tips, apparently following linear ore seams, that may represent remains of manganese mining associated with Tyddyn Du mine (NPRN 33797) to the east. Recorded during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 9th Feb 2006 (image ref: AP_2006_0588).
