Description
On Derwen Hall Farmstead (nprn 408946) are ranges of brick and stone outbuildings, set round a square yard, adjacent to the east of the Hall (nprn 27107). The single storey north red-brick range, possibly formerly stables, still stands, albeit with a modern roof covering. The east and south ranges have been demolished. The (Cadw listed) west range is a fine five-bay stone-built cartshed with a granary over dating from about 1880; the building is in local stonework with limestone piers and quoins on the west side, facing the house. It has a pitched slate roof, hipped at the south end.
