Goodig House is thought to have been originally built in 1701. In 1895 the house was extensively altered. The building was 2-storey and attics, with half-timber decoraton on the front gables. In the 20th century the house was sold and used as an hotel, which was subsequently destroyed by fire in the mid-1990's, and never rebuilt.
