Description
Buckley District Town Council Offices were built in 1901 whilst the adjacent town library was constructed the following year through the support of Andrew Carnegie. The two buildings were linked together with a flat-roofed link structure in the late twentieth century.
They are both built in local red brick with stone dressings in the domestic style with arts and craft influences..
