Abernant House, Llanwrtyd Wells, is a 2-storey house, built in the early 20th century. It has 3 dormer attic windows and a verandah.

George Bower recorded that he built a gasworks for R. Fothergill Esq at Abernant. It was shown on both the 1868 and 1885 OS maps and shown as disused on the 1900 OS map. The gas would have been used to light the house with gas.
