A sub-triangular block of sandstone is located on the south-facing slope of Llorfa, on a dry patch of ground in otherwise boggy moorland within an abandoned field enclosure.
The stone measures 1.5m high, 1m thick (max) and 1.5m wide at base, tapering to a point. Along its west side is a packing slab, and other boulders lie around it.
