Description
A building platform and small cairns lie on a steep west-facing slope above the Llia valley.
The platform is a grassy terrace measuring 6.5m square, cut back to 1.3m deep and built out to 1.3m high. On the immediate south is a 2m-3m wide, probably natural, terrace about 17m long. About 15m to the north of the platform is a smaller, poorly-defined terrace only 2m or so across. The terrace is grassy with some rush overgrowth.
The cairns lie a short distance downhill from the platform. Here, there is more rush infestation but interspersed with better-drained areas with mole scrapes. A number of cairns are visible though some are perhaps natural stony spreads. Two stand out at
SN9278717360 and SN9278117392 (NPRNs 410299 & 410300).
