Description
This single storey, rectilinear plan building was constructed in the late nineteenth /early twentieth century and was said to be accommodation provided for the coachman. It is built from red brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. There are two sets of red brick chimneys which have paired diagonally set chimneys rising from stone parapets. The elevation to the drive is gabled with shaped bargeboards, a finial and decorative brackets. There is a door to the left and to the right there is a two light mullioned window with diamond-pane glazing. The right hand return has two sets of paired mullioned windows as before, but the remaining windows are later replacements.

It is listed as an example of late Victorian estate style and for historic associations with Erddig.
