A former water-powered two-storey corn-mill, rubble-built under a pitched slated roof. A lengthy leat, some 1.71km long, from a weir across the River Dulais and augmented on its course by the Nant Criciad, supplied a small pond to the north of the mill; a tannery (nprn 410644) adjacent to the mill also used the water. The mill is shown as working on the first (1886) and second (1906) editions of the Ordnance Survey 25in maps.
