    Description
    A large four-storey building erected in 1892, on the site of Abertillery's market, as the Metropole Theatre and Dance Hall with a market hall on the ground floor. The building is currently a community arts, culture and business centre and the Abertillery and District Museum occupies the former market area on the ground floor.
