Felin Fach is shown as disused on the 1st edition of the 25-inch O. S. map of 1889, and as a place name thereafter; the former millpond is labelled 'Old Mill Pond' on the 1900 and 1918 editions. The mill and the attached mill house have been converted into a large dwelling, its front elevation rendered and windows altered so as to hide the former character of the buildings; in the south-west gable, where the waterwheel was situated, the rubblestone construction is still visible. A small waterwheel of composite construction, possibly from a farm installation, has been placed as a feature in the garden; the maker's name, Charles Williams, Portmadoc, is cast into the iron shrouds.
