1. Planned block of fields on a block of upland moorland, enclosing the cottage of Tyn-y-rhos. The main rectangular field enclosure measures 456m x 290m and is subdivided into seven smaller field units. Recorded during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance.

2. A post-medieval farm, seemingly an encroachment on common land, with a farmhouse roofless on the 1901 OS map, indicating its abandonment. It comprises a regular block of fields (nprn 527348) and farmhouse (nprn 527349) in the centre.
