Mount Pleasant Housing estate is a suburb of Swansea, linking Townhill and Mayhill to the city centre, with Uplands lying to the west.Hillside Wildlife Corridor (27ha) incorporating the disused Rosehill Quarry, runs between Mount Pleasant and Townhill, providing a green, open space for the housing estates. Mount Pleasant is an area of mixed housing, predominantly terraced housing built after the First World War.
