One of several components of a settlement on the banks of the Nedd Fechan (NPRN 412848), this structure is a roughly circular boulder-built mound 4m across and 0.6m high with a `passage? 2m long and 1m wide seemingly cut into it into from the west side. Although it is not cut into rising ground (which prevails locally) a function as a store for food, particularly root vegetables, is one interpretation.
