Description
Built in the 1860s, the Taff Vale Railway Offices were demolished in 1972 to make way for property development. The site is now occupied by an appartment block. The "Railways United Cricket Club" was formed in the offices in April 1875. The entrance was capped by a turret and flanked by canted bays in simplified italianate style. Windos had hood moulds with semi-circular heads on the first floor and segmental heads on the ground floor. The fencing was ornamental cast-iron railing.
