Description
Raper's Hotel (Temperance) was a hotel situated on the corner of Westgate Street and Wood Street, Cardiff. Built in the middle of the nineteenth century, it served as the headquarters of the Cardiff Cycling Club in the early 1890s (by 1895 the Club were based at the Rose & Crown on North Road). The building was demolished after the Second World War as part of the improvement works on Wood Street.
