DescriptionLeeds House was erected in the third quarter of the nineteenth century, on the site of the former Plas Puleston, and is first shown on the 1888 Ordnance Survey when No 4 was The Old Red Lion public house. It is listed as a well-detailed later nineteenth-century commercial building in the eclectic classical style prevalent in Victorian Caernarfon, retaining original character and detail, including a good shop front, and for its contribution to the historic integrity of the walled town.
