Alexandra Docks Disaster Memorial is located in St Woollos Cemetery (nprn 402984), Newport. The bronze mounted obelisk is a memorial to thirty-four workers who were killed on 2 July 1909 when the walls of the new entrance lock collapsed. (Alexandra Docks nprn 403430)
