Industrial building, currently occupied by Toyota, forming part of the Deeside Industrial Estate, north of Connah's Quay. To the east of the building is the old North Shotwick airfield (NPRN: 308212), now the eastern part of Deeside Industrial Estate. The Toyota Manufacturing plant currently employs around four hundred people.
