Opened in 1911, the Pengam & Fleur de Lys Workmen's Hall, situated on the High Street in Fleur de Lys, was originally built as a two storey building and contained a library and reading room and a billiard hall. In subsequent years a third storey was added which housed a gymnasium and boxing club. The Hall remains in use as a social hall and institute.
