Pil Primary School (Pyle Primary School) comprises of one main building, which was built in 1927 and 2 demountable classrooms. The school caters for 3-11 year olds, with seven single age classes, plus a nursery unit. There are approx. 220 pupils on roll. A playing field, playground, nursery area and garden provide outdoor space for the pupils of the school, which is located within Pil/Pyle, approx. 5 miles west of Bridgend.
