Right by the main adit at the Cefn Coch mine is this stone building. It consists of a larger and a smaller compartment with doors and windows facing NE and overlooking a spoil heap. The building had gable ends (one survives) and there is evidence of a heating stove but other features are somewhat vague due to the poor state of survival. Overall about 10.9m x 5.1m.
