DescriptionIt is claimed that Pentre Mansion House dates from the 1500s, although the present property dates to the Georgian and Victorian periods. Constructed of solid dressed stone, under a slated roof, with moulded plasterwork and a stained glass window bearing family mottos, the house stands in 6.5 acres of landscaped gardens and grounds.
Originally owned by the Saunders-Davies family; the house has more recently been used as a school, and a country-house hotel.
