Housing estate, predominantely 1970s located close to the centre of Flint. The development comprises of modernist maisonettes, built in the early 1970s and three tower blocks, Bolingbroke Heights, Castle Heights and Richard Heights. The maisonettes are threatened with demolition, to make way for a new housing development including council facilities and shops.
