Housing estate to the north of Tal-y-Bont bridge (NPRN: 24209). This estate comprises largely of single-storey, semi-detached bungalows, forming part of the expansion of Tal-y-Bont, which has a core of 19th century stone built cottages clustered around and to the south of the bridge.
