Description
These two conjoining pens are one component of a group of structures which forms a deserted rural settlement on Llain Wen (NPRN 418534).
That on the south-west is 4m (NE-SW) by 3m within tumbled walls 0.75m thick and 0.5m high, platformed into rising ground with a corner entrance gap on the south-west. The rubble-strewn interior may obscure evidence for partitioning.
Conjoining on the north-east, though slightly offset to the south-east is the second pen (SN6880792379), 2.4m (NE-SW) by 1.3m, similarly constructed and with a corner entrance.
