DescriptionExcavations by the Trostrey Excavation Group has revealed a multiperiod complex comprising a Neolithic long cairn, Bronze Age cairn and timber circle or shrine, potential evidence for a timber 'altar' and a stone circle, together with medieval settlement evidence.
