Description
This council development of c1925, is in terrace groups of six dwellings with a hip-roof of slate. The rendered facades have a central gable, with brick oculus detail, each with an enclosed porch entry. These were built as `Workmens? Dwellings? for the `Denbigh Corporation? to proposed plans drawn by H.E. Harris ARSI in 1924. These plans show that each dwelling has a front living-room with fireplace, a rear scullery with sink, boiler, bath and a pantry. AThere is a rear doorway accesses to a yard with lean-to coal house and WC. A stair by the front doorway leads to the first-floor, which has three bedrooms, two of them are heated.
