The larger of a pair of stone arched bridges in this area (see NPRN 419027), similar in style but this example larger, with wider collecting walls and a slightly larger span. The parapet is also similar in style with its slightly pointed parapet. The arch itself has three false corbels on each side. Collecting walls which are 15 m wide funnel traffic across the bridge itself, which is 3.5m wide at its narrowest. The total length of the bridge is 32m.
