    Description
    The former British School at Blaenau Ffestiniog was built in 1846 as a single storey schoolroom with attached two storey Master's House. It is marked on the first edition Ordnance Survey 25" map, ME IV. 9, of 1888 as a 'School' but by the third edition map of 1919, it is marked as a 'Drill Hall'.
