Description
Llanddewibrefi 4 was first noted in 1804. In 1865 it stood at the external west end of the church. It was moved to its present location, set against the south side of the chancel arch, in 1956-1964.

The stone is a shaped slab, tapring towards a rounded top. It is carved with a linear Latin cross, with each cross-arm having a trifid terminal. The stem splits into two half way down with each end terminating in a short, upward-curving line.
