A 'Depot' is depicted and annotated on the 1:1250 scale Ordnance Survey map of 1973; it is known that there was a Co-operative Wholesale Society milk depot in Victoria Road, Rhyl, and this is believed to be the site. Shown on the modern (2012) mapping as 'Victoria Business Park', the former depot is a single storey building with rendered and painted walls under a flat roof on the north side and a replacement corrugated steel sheet pitched roof elsewhere. There is a tall brick chimney stack on the southwest side. A former two storey semi-detached house in Victoria Street seems to have been incorporated into the depot, possibly for use as a sales outlet.
