DescriptionIn front of the cottage called Dyffrydan (NPRN 308280) an excavated leat terminates on a raised aqueduct built of rubblestone, which once fed a large overshot (?) waterwheel made from iron sections with wooden spokes. The wheel is partly sunk into a rubble-walled pit. There is a shaft with two gears, but no evidence for what the wheel drove.
