Cropmarks first recorded during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 16th July 2013, and seen again on 23rd & 25th July 2014, show a sub-circular univallate defended enclosure, c. 60m diameter, sited on a south-west facing hillslope. No associated outer enclosure or concentric ditches are visible, although a series of linear cropmarks to the west of the enclosure may represent the former site of strip-fields.

This enclosure may be related to two others nearby, at Longhouse south (NPRN 419626) 400m north, and Rhoslanog-fach (NPRN 420298) 740m east.
