Sgwd yr Eiria is among the most famous of the waterfalls in 'Waterfall Country' in the Vale of Neath, south Wales, and visitors are able to walk behind the curtain of water. The waterfall and its wider landscape have been documented during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance (e.g. on 22nd May 2012).
