Former Steam Saw Mill, fronting to Penparcau Road and with a quay at the rear (west). The mill, under John Lloyd & Co, dealt in 'foreign timber' and general building materials. An internal railway ran along the quay and turned, splitting into two lines, to enter the north shed and another line ran parallel to the south range of buildings. The yard is currently the site of Aberystwyth's Fire Station, opened in 1962.
