Description
Collection of 14 flints picked up during several periods of fieldwork from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path generally between Aber Mawr and Aber Bach bays, on the south-west side of Strumble Head. The collection comprises one good blade core, at least two core cleaning flakes, and handful of split pebbles and a number of primary and secondary flakes and chips. All pieces are made on pebble flint or beach flint of poor quality. No evidence of edge-retouch was observed on any of the pieces.

The flints were collected by Shirley Matthews, Mathry, and recorded by T. Driver and L. Barker, RCAHMW, on 21st January 2016. The flints remain in the finder's possession.

Toby Driver, RCAHMW, Jan 2016.
