Description
St David's church stands in a raised, isolated, position just beyond the south edge of the village. It was built in 1879-80 to designs of Henry Kennedy to counter the three new chapels built in the vicinity. It consists of nave and chancel, lit through cusped lancets, a gabled half-timbered north porch, and lean-to north vestry with bellcote, probably replacing a west end one. The interior is painted brick with open timber roofs.
