Circular concrete base with the remains of metal fixings, with three concrete anchor/mooring points close by for a former flagstaff or mast, sited on highest point of rocky outcrop to south of Skerries Lighthouse. Initials 'F.S.' marked on Ordnance Survey County Series mapping.
