Bridge across the Sawdde river. Carreg Sawdde common has been unenclosed grazing land since the 13th century. In medieval times Felindre, to the south of the common, was an estate of the Lordship of Llandovery, with its own court and annual fair (source: Carmarthenshire County Council, walks leaflet, Llangadog).
