Dyffryn Cellwen is a village in the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot, South Wales. It is situated in the upper Dulais Valley. It is an early twentieth century village, absent on the second edition Ordnance Survey maps but present on the third edition of 1921. The entire area is dotted with former coal workings.
