DescriptionIn the mid 1970s a ruin at this site had a waterwheel pit at its north-eastern gable end. The 1st and 2nd editions of the historic
25-inch maps name the building "Rholdy", but do not name it as a mill. What must have been the millpond is named on the maps as a ochre pit (for the precipition of copper), and the ruins and stream bed were stained with ochre. By 2008 the building had disappeared and the site was overgrown by young trees.
