Description
The name 'Pandy' is applied to a building situated in the narrow valley of the Afon Cefni known as 'The Dingle' or 'Nant-y-pandy', and depicted on three editions of the historic 25-inch O. S. maps, dated 1889, 1900 and 1920. Water was brough to the site by a leat from the river some 235 metres long, and a tailrace 230 metres long returned the water to the river. By 2008 the building had been reduced to low fragments of walling.
