Description
Llangoedmor is located approximately one and a half miles east of Cardigan. It is a widely-dispersed community, stretching from Plas Llangoedmor (NPRN 35120) in the north west, to the edge of the village of Llechryd (NPRN 419336), about a mile to the south east. Llangoedmor has a church dedicated to St. Cynllo (NPRN 310132). The village school (NPRN 408647) was built opposite the church in 1848-9. It appeared on the fourth edition of the 6inch OS maps, published in 1953, although it has now closed. There are three big Grade II listed houses and gardens in the Llangoedmor neighbourhood - Plas Llangoedmor; Plas Treforgan (NPRN 35309) and Cilbronnau (NPRN 5292).
