Dolgran is a very small hamlet located on the southern banks of Nant Gran approximately one and a half miles south west of Pencader and four miles south east of Llandysul. Notable buildings in and near the hamlet include Castell Du motte (NPRN 303826); Castell Du house and garden (NPRN 86777) and Dan-y-Graig, 'a nineteenth century single storey farm labourer's cottage' (NPRN 310014).
