Description
Both the 1st and 2nd editions of the historic 25-inch O. S. maps, published in 1890 and 1906 respectively, depict Llanllwch Mill as a working corn mill. Sluices impounded the un-named stream at the bridge in the village, and from there a 200 metres-long mill race carried water to another pond immediately west of the mill. The mill building and adjacent mill house are still in situ.
