In the fields between Dolau Mansion and Lovesgrove, Aberystwyth, Glyn Davies and Jonathan Brentnall have recorded 'vertical and diagonal lines and ordered rectangular forms overlapping the field boundary, with several lines and other shapes in surrounding area and adjacent fields. The marks in the lower part of the image (to the north west) could just be periglacial cracks.' Davies and Brentnall photographed these lines and ordered rectangular forms during the drought conditions of summer 2018.
