Description
The 1st and 2nd editions of the historic 25-inch O. S. maps, published in 1889 and 1907 respectively, both depict Glogue Mill as a working corn mill. A weir on the Afon Taf opposite Glogue Terrace diverted water along a mill race to the mill 430 metres away. The modern maps depict a house on the site as Melin Coed, but the mill building site is densely wooded.
